Today I challenged myself with the **Good Morning exercise**, trying not to let the yoga block fall.I first appeared wearing a mini skirt with my gym shirt.Then I took off the gym shirt and continued the exercise.After that, I took off the mini skirt and mesh shirt and continued my challenge.It was a very hot day during filming. ☀️My shirt was sticking to my sweaty skin, so taking it off was more difficult than I expected.I have always enjoyed taking care of my body through exercise. ♀️I swim twice a day when I can and also train at the gym. ♀️♀️✨As a former top lifeguard in Japan, staying active is still an important part of my life. ❤️I may feel a little shy sometimes.But I always try my best and enjoy each challenge.Thank you always for your support. ❤️Your encouragement gives me the motivation to keep going. ✨
